Klipr

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026-05-03

Klipr (“we”, “us”) is a browser-first video creation tool. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how you can control it.

What we collect

  • Account data — your email address and (optionally) display name when you sign in with Google. We never see or store your Google password.
  • Project data — the videos, audio, images, captions, and transcripts you create or upload. Stored on Supabase Storage / Cloudflare R2 and accessed only by your account via Supabase Row-Level Security.
  • Usage logs — feature events (e.g. “auto-clip started”) so we can enforce monthly plan caps and debug failures. Logs never contain video contents.
  • Billing data — handled by Razorpay or Stripe. We store only the plan tier, period, and provider id; we never see your card details.

What we do not collect

  • We don't train AI models on your content. Your videos are not used to improve any third-party model.
  • We don't sell or rent your data to advertisers or data brokers.
  • We don't use third-party trackers beyond standard analytics (page views, click events — never video contents or transcripts).

Third-party processors

To run the product we rely on: Supabase (auth + database + storage), Cloudflare R2 (object storage), Vercel (hosting), Razorpay / Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email), ElevenLabs (voice generation), Anthropic Claude (text generation), Replicate (image generation), Groq (transcription). Each receives only the data needed for its specific feature.

Your controls

  • Delete a project or clip — removes both the database row and the file from storage.
  • Delete your account — email hello@klipr.in and we'll wipe everything within 7 days.
  • Export — your rendered videos download directly in the browser; you always have a local copy.
