Terms & Conditions

By creating a Klipr account or using any feature on this site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

1. Your account

You sign in with Google. You're responsible for keeping your Google account secure. Sharing one account across multiple people is not supported and may trigger plan-cap enforcement against everyone using it.

2. Plans + credits

Klipr runs on a monthly credit pool per plan tier (Free, Pro, Max, Studio). Credits reset on your billing anniversary; unused credits do not roll over. Failed renders never charge credits — the credit is refunded automatically.

3. Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay (India / INR) or Stripe (international / USD). Klipr never sees or stores your card details. Refunds within 7 days for unused subscriptions — email hello@klipr.in. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload content you don't have the rights to use.
• Use Klipr to generate content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, sexually explicit, or that targets a real person without their consent (including voice cloning of a person whose voice you don't own).
• Resell access to the service or scrape it programmatically beyond your own usage.
• Attempt to bypass plan caps, RLS, or rate limits.

5. Your content

You own everything you create or upload. We get a limited license to process it solely to run the features you invoke (transcribe, render, store, deliver). We do not train any model on your content.

6. Service availability

Klipr is provided “as is.” We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service — third-party APIs (Supabase, Cloudflare, Razorpay, ElevenLabs, etc.) sometimes have outages outside our control.

7. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms; we'll email you before doing so unless the violation poses an immediate risk to others.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be heard in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
